Gail Mercer-MacKay, Founder

As President of Mercer-MacKay Solutions Inc., Gail is a successful entrepreneur who brings over twenty-five years of Sales and Marketing experience to emerging technology and start-up organizations. Gail's enthusiasm for life and learning has been the foundation of her success. Working predominantly in the Microsoft channel for fifteen years, she has an extensive network in the Microsoft community. For almost five years prior to founding Mercer-MacKay, Gail was Vice President of Business Development for a Gold Certified ISV that produced enterprise software, architected on the Microsoft platform. Gail's area of responsibilities included building the sales team and partner channel, managing the marketing programs as well as direct responsibility for the Microsoft Business alliance. Taking the organization from registered to Gold Certified in less than 18 months; the company was nominated for three Impact Awards and won one Impact Award under Gail's leadership. Engaging and entertaining, Gail is a speaker at trade shows and events and a contributor to trade and consumer magazines.

Diana Kreklow, Associate

Diana Kreklow has over twenty years experience as a proven business and technology leader with demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development, marketing, and alliance management. She has deep relationships within Microsoft spanning Direct Sales, Business Marketing Organization, Developer and Evangelist Platform, Industry Units, Product Teams and Microsoft Consulting Services. She has a keen ability to navigate the Microsoft's organization and virtual teams to quickly identify the right resources to accelerate ISV's and SI's revenue growth objectives. Diana clearly understands Microsoft's marketing initiatives; go to market strategies, sales engagement models, business plan development and solution planning. Leveraging her strong relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem she can quickly identify multiple funding opportunities from business investment funds (BIF), proof of concepts (POC) and marketing accelerator programs (MAP). She has background in solution sales and direct experience in the complex, multi-level sales approach.
